By using a Netpay Plus Web Site, you consent to the policies and practices described in this Statement.
Your data will be stored and processed in whole or in part in the United States. If you access a Netpay Plus Web Site outside the United States, your usage of that site constitutes consent to the transfer of your data out of your country and to the United States.
Our sites contain links to other web sites over whom we have no control. Netpay Plus is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of other Web sites to which you choose to link from a Netpay Plus Web Site. This Privacy Statement applies solely to the information we collect on a Netpay Plus Web Site, and does not apply to information we collect in any other fashion. Protected Health Information ("PHI") is collected and used in accordance with our Policy on the Use and Disclosure of PHI.
Collection and Retention of Information In some areas of our Web Sites, Netpay Plus requests or may request that you provide personal information, including your name, address, email address, telephone number, Social Security number, contact information and any other information from which your identity is discernible. In other areas, Netpay Plus collects or may collect demographic information that is not unique to you such as your ZIP code, age, occupation and gender. Sometimes we collect or may collect a combination of the two types of information. Examples of areas on Netpay Plus Web Sites where we collect personal or combined personal and demographic data are pages on Netpay Plus Web sites.
We also gather or may gather certain information about your use of a Netpay Plus Site, such as what areas you visit and what services you access. If you are a co-employee or client of Netpay Plus, we collect and maintain a variety of personal information about you and, if applicable, your company and employees. This information may be collected through Netpay Plus web sites or through paper forms submitted by you. For employees, the information we maintain includes:
- Your name, your phone number and address (street and email);
- Age, marital status and occupation;
- Information about your job history and employment status;
- Information about your salary and benefits, including health benefits, your retirement plans, your Social Security or taxpayer identification number;
- Your recruiting and training history; and
- Information about your family members such as their names, addresses and Social Security numbers.
We may make some or all of this information available for your or your worksite employer's use on Netpay Plus websites. For clients, examples of this information include:
- Your location;
- Your number of worksite employees;
- Payroll information for worksite employees; and
- Information about insurance and other benefit plans.
Please remember that if you post any of your personal information in public areas of Netpay Plus, such as in online forums or chat rooms, such information may be collected and used by others over whom Netpay Plus has no control. We are not responsible for the use made by third parties of information you post or otherwise make available in public areas of Netpay Plus. While your account is active, we retain indefinitely all the information we gather about you. Once your Professional Services Agreement, Co-Employment Agreement or similar arrangement with Netpay Plus is terminated, we retain information in accordance with our Records Retention Policy and as required by law. You have access to much of your personal information through Netpay Plus web sites, where you can view and update most of the personal information we maintain.
Use of Information by Netpay Plus We use the information we gather on a Netpay Plus Site, whether personal, demographic, collective or technical, for the purpose of operating and improving the Netpay Plus Web Site and delivering the products and services that we offer.
We may use your contact information in order to send you email or other communications regarding updates at a Netpay Plus Web Site, such as new features and tools available. The nature and frequency of these messages will vary depending upon the information we have about you. In addition, at the time of registration for Netpay Plus Web Sites, you have the option to elect to receive additional communications, information and promotions from Netpay Plus, its business partners or its affiliated companies (The term "affiliated companies" is defined in the section of this Statement entitled "Contact Information").

- Third-Party Contractors and Business Partners - Our online resources, including productivity tools, administrative services, HR and payroll self-service, are provided both through Netpay Plus Web Sites and by linking to Web sites of companies with which we work. Examples may include hosting our Web servers, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance and benefit providers. - Your Worksite Employer - If you are a co-employee, most of your personal information is also available to your worksite employer.
- Governmental Authorities, Compliance with Law - We may disclose such information if legally required to do so, if requested to do so by a governmental entity or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (b) protect the rights or property of Netpay Plus or its affiliated companies; (c) prevent a crime or protect national security; or (d) protect the personal safety of users or the public. For example, we report information regarding employee compensation and withholding to taxing authorities.
- Business Transfers - We may disclose and transfer such information to a third-party who acquires all or a substantial portion of Netpay Plus's business, whether such acquisition is by way of merger, consolidation or purchase of all or a substantial portion of our assets. In addition, in the event Netpay Plus becomes the subject of a bankruptcy proceeding, whether voluntary or involuntary, Netpay Plus or its trustee in bankruptcy may sell, license or otherwise dispose of such information in a transaction approved by the bankruptcy court.
Netpay Plus may also share aggregated anonymous information about visitors to each of its Web Sites with its clients, business partners and other third parties so that they may understand the kinds of visitors to Netpay Plus's site and how those visitors use the site.

Children Netpay Plus is not intended for children under 14 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
