All persons are eligible to participate in the program, regardless of whether or not they are on the Netpay Plus+, Inc.'s payroll. In fact, Netpay Plus+, Inc. appreciates it very much when its employees, friends, and associates refer new business. Recipients of referral rewards are responsible for all tax liabilities, if any, on their rewards.
Participants agree to abide by these rules and by the decisions of Netpay Plus+, Inc., which are final, binding and non-appealable, on all matters. Netpay Plus+, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any participant that it determines, in its sole discretion, is ineligible to participate in the program. Netpay Plus+, Inc. is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed referrals.

Upon determination by Netpay Plus+, Inc. that you should receive a cash referral bonus, Netpay Plus+, Inc. will contact you to request your W-9. Your W-9 must be submitted and received by Netpay Plus+, Inc. or your referral bonus will be held until Netpay Plus+, Inc. receives your completed W-9. You may also choose to receive your referral bonus as a credit to your company's Netpay Plus+, Inc. invoice (if your company is a current Netpay Plus+, Inc. client). Netpay Plus+, Inc. reserves the right to rescind and/or donate your referral bonus to any charity of its choosing if no response is received within 180 days from when Netpay Plus+, Inc. contacted you for your W-9 and bonus payment preference.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Netpay Plus+, Inc. reserves the right to change or cancel the program at any time, at its sole discretion.
